Terms & Conditions

Hola Amigos! is an after-school club providing childcare services for primary school children.

• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

• Fees must be paid in advance.
• Late payments may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
• Any additional sessions must be paid for before attendance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refunds or credits may be offered at the club’s discretion.
• No refunds will be given for non-attendance without notice.

• Children must be collected on time by an authorised adult.
• If someone different is collecting your child, you must inform us in advance.
• Late collection may incur additional charges.

• A late fee of £1 may be charged for every 10 minutes after closing time.
• Persistent late collection may result in termination of your place.

• We expect all children to behave respectfully and safely.
• Serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the club.

• Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs.
• Children who are unwell should not attend the club.
• In case of emergency, we will contact parents/carers and seek medical assistance if required.

• Hola Amigos! follows safeguarding policies in line with UK regulations.
• We may share information if required to protect a child’s welfare.

• Children should not bring valuable items to the club.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, school closure).
• Where possible, notice will be given and refunds or credits offered.

• While all reasonable care is taken, Hola Amigos! cannot accept liability for injuries sustained during normal play unless caused by negligence.

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.
